Learning & Design Specialist

The Learning and Design specialist will design, develop and deliver best practice blended learning solutions that optimise Organisational Capability’s 70/20/10 objective. 

In collaboration with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, this position will project manage the development of a full range of learning solutions that focus on building capability at all levels.

The opportunity will be offered on a Temporary Full time basis up to July 2021 (with a possibility of extension)

Some of your duties will include:

Design and develop industry best practice adult learning solutions 
Manage Learning and Development projects as required.
Partner with Managers and the Organisational Capability team to provide a range of blended workforce development programs in support of our strategic goals and objectives.
Provide consultation and advice in all aspects of learning design, instructional design and effective delivery methods of workplace and professional development programs to the organisation.
Evaluate training and assessment services to ensure compliance, best practice training and learning principles, training polices and procedure, organisational and industry standards and relevant legislation and regulations
Build and maintain effective relationship with internal stakeholders, external providers and training session attendees
Collaborate on L&D and capability topics with the wider People and Performance business partner group.

You will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Instructional Design, Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, learning content development and training delivery.
Demonstrated experience in transforming complex information into easy to comprehend blended learning programs.
Experience developing and using eLearning software.
Extensive experience in facilitating adult learning solutions

The salary range for this opportunity commences at $90,132 (Grade H, Step1) + 9.5% super
