We are currently seeking a dynamic Workforce Planning / HR Analyst to join our innovative Corporate Development Team. You will be responsible for partnering with the business to identify and develop strategies to build workforce capability that drives performance. As a workforce planner you will have strong relationship building skills, be solutions focused and be able to turn strategy into reality.
This opportunity will be offered on a Temporary full time basis (up to 12 months)
The salary range for this opportunity commences at $90,132 (Grade H, Step1) + 9.5% super

Lead the development and on-going reporting of Council’s workforce planning strategy.
Develop and implement workforce planning initiatives and frameworks that support organisational strategy.
Evaluate future organisational requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
Implement forecasting and scenario modelling tools.
Create organisational controls and solutions for potential labour supply challenges.
Develop and analyse HR related metrics and assessment of current workforce skills and attrition rates.
Create ongoing reporting and monitoring processes relating to workforce planning.

You will have:
Qualifications in Workforce Planning, HR or Business related field
Excellent project management and analytical skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation
Strong organisational and time management skills
