TL Infrastructure Services Support

Here at CBCity, we have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Team Leader position to join the Infrastructure Services Support team. 

The Team Leader Infrastructure Services Support role will see you supervise a team of Investigation and Administration Officers. 

The main purpose of this role is to lead the Infrastructure Services Support team in the resolution of customer requests in relation to Council’s assets and services and the assessment and determination of customer applications.

The starting Salary for this role is $80,743 p/a (Grade G, Step 1) 

The main duties for this role will include;

•Develop administration and office systems and processes to support service levels for the City Assets Department to provide excellence in customer service 
•Coordinate and prepare draft correspondence requiring Director's approval as required 
•Coordinate the investigation and resolution of customer requests and escalate issues where required/appropriate to relevant officers or managers
•Coordinate Customer Applications related to services provided by the City Assets Department 
•Coordinate the consultative/engagement processes including traffic, pedestrian and intersection investigations/surveys relevant to operational issues as required 
•Contribute to the development and implementation of Council's Delivery Program, Operational Plan and the Unit Plan *For a full list of duties, please refer to the position description attached. 

Essential Qualifications and Experience for this role;

•Relevant tertiary qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
•Current Class C Drivers Licence.
•Advanced written and verbal communication skills
•Advanced PC skills in MS Office
•Demonstrated high degree of personal integrity and responsibility
•Demonstrated experience liaising with stakeholders at various levels
•Experience in a customer service focused role 
•Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and coordinating a high performing team 
•High-level oral communication skills including the ability to make effective presentations.
